You get snippy.

The next thing you know you need full tactical gear to navigate through your kitchen. Pans are flying, plates are crashing, and you're both still hot and hungry.

More importantly you've really gone and created some serious ill will and need to be searching for the best ways to make up after a fight FAST to avoid some potentially serious fallout of an indenidary nature.

Been there?

Have you managed to patch things up or did things go nuclear in your relationship? Most couples hit rough patches, snags, and a few knock down drag out battles over the years. It's natural because you love each other so much.

It's also very painful.

Why do we do this to ourselves and each other?

Because we haven't yet figured out how to a) fight fair and b) use our heads instead of our hearts. We silly emotional beings often let emotion have the better part of reason. Learn how to avoid the hot weather (and many other) traps for arguments, discord, and kitchen demolition by figuring out the best way to make up after a fight BEFORE you have a fight. Wouldn't that be a welcome change.

Head the fight off at the pass and enjoy blue skies for a few more miles. Click here to learn all you'll ever need to know about the best way to make up after a fight and the magic making up can have for your relationship.
